Getting started
Before taking over, we check the platform, access and current condition. We confirm whether basic care is suitable and whether any separately quoted work is needed first.
Changes are agreed separately
- The basic plan does not include time for copy, image, page or feature changes.
- Larger repairs or upgrades are estimated first and carried out after approval.
- Hosting, domain and licence fees remain separate unless the quote explicitly states otherwise.
When you need a change
Send the page link and a short description of the issue or change. We check whether it falls within technical care and agree scope and price before additional work.

02Are copy and image changes included?+
Basic technical care does not include content-editing time. Text, image or link replacements are estimated first; a new layout, page or feature also receives its own scope.
03What happens when work exceeds the monthly allowance?+
We estimate the task first and ask for approval before treating it as additional work or a separate project. No maintenance plan provides unlimited scope.
04Can you take over a website you did not build?+
A takeover is possible after an initial technical review of the platform, access, update status and known risks. Any initial remediation receives its own scope.
