If you choose to continue by email, a separate server-side draft is stored securely and handled under the privacy policy.

4. Analytics and marketing

The baseline version does not require non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. If either is introduced, each provider, purpose and duration must be disclosed and—where required—blocked until the user makes a valid choice.

5. Managing settings

You can restrict or remove browser cookies. Blocking essential technologies may prevent login, preference storage or secure form submission. Any future preference centre must make withdrawing a non-essential choice straightforward.

6. Verified inventory before launch

Before production release, this template must be replaced with a verified list of names, providers, purposes, categories and durations. An assumed or automatically generated list is not enough.
