Project enquiries and questions

When you submit a form, we store the description, email address and other details you add so we can reply and prepare a quote. A detailed enquiry also includes your selected scope, estimate, preferences and any materials. Your name, business and phone number are optional.

We process the details needed for a quote or order to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform it. We use a contact message to answer your question. Acknowledging the explanation beside the form does not give consent to advertising.

Access, messages and materials

Submitted enquiries are available to authorised RAZVI-TO personnel. The system prepares a new-enquiry notification and a confirmation to your email address. Hosting, database, private storage and email-delivery providers also process data as needed to provide those services.

Providers of these services include: Vercel (hosting); Resend (email delivery); Neon (database).

Attachments are stored privately with restricted access. Keep any link for resuming a draft or reviewing a quote confidential, as it provides access to your project.

Drafts before submission

The configurator saves your entries in your browser as you work. You can restore this local draft after refreshing the page, clear it with “Start again” or remove it through your browser’s website-data settings. It is also removed after a confirmed successful submission.

Saving for later or attaching files also creates a server draft. A resume link normally remains valid for 30 days from saving. Expiry limits access; it does not itself mean every server record has been deleted.

Security and retention

To protect forms and private links, we process request times, access events and hashed security information about the network and browser. These records support abuse prevention and secure operation; they are not used to price your project.

Enquiries, quotes and correspondence are retained according to their purpose, any resulting contract and retention obligations. Use the contact below to ask about a particular enquiry’s retention or request deletion. Deletion can be limited where a legal obligation or legal claim requires retention.

A separate advertising choice

Advertising measurement on this website is disabled. You do not need advertising consent to send an enquiry.

If measurement is enabled and you allow it, a stored enquiry triggers an event to OpenAI containing an ad reference, event time and unique identifier. Your description, email, phone and attachments are not included. Permitted campaign details may also be stored with the enquiry. You can change your choice in the advertising measurement settings when available.

Your rights and contact

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing. You can withdraw optional consent for future processing. We may verify your identity when handling a request.
