Before we begin

01Can I order at the starting price?

Yes, for the listed base scope without paid additions. You can supply your own copy and images. We confirm scope and the final quote before work begins; submitting an enquiry is not an order.

02Do I need to provide copy and images?

The strongest result uses real materials. We help organise them and can estimate further content support, but copywriting, photography and extensive editing are not automatically included unless the package says so.

03Are the domain and hosting included?

Not automatically. You may keep an existing domain and suitable hosting, or we can review the options together. Third-party ownership and costs are made clear before anything is approved.

04What is the total with monthly payments?

Choose one payment or 12 equal monthly payments. Base packages use the displayed monthly offers. For projects with additions, we calculate the instalment from the complete price with the payment premium and round upward to a multiple of €5. The total is 12 instalments and always appears beside the monthly price. Maintenance, domain and hosting are arranged separately.

05How long does a website take?

It depends on scope, content readiness, integrations and the pace of feedback. After reviewing the brief, we set out a realistic timeframe and milestones in the final quote rather than guessing from the package name alone.

06What do I receive at handover?

The quote defines handover, access and usage instructions before work begins. Your copy and materials remain yours; we confirm the account holder and applicable licences for domains, hosting and third-party additions. Maintenance is agreed separately.
